Our Story
CPK comes from my dad's initials. As we approached the twenty-year anniversary of his passing, I had a lightbulb moment to take what began as small apartment locating social pages and turn it into a true business and brand. It felt like this name had always been waiting for that purpose.
As I reflected on my vision for the future, I knew that real estate or apartment locating alone wasn't going to fulfill the purpose of this brand. My background in health and wellness coaching and fitness shaped the foundation of this brand long before my years in real estate did. I developed a true passion for health and wellness, and beyond that, for people. Thus, a "collective" was born. I knew I had found a way to combine my passions, my experience, and everything I've learned in both industries. How I lead a team and how we show up for our clients will always matter to me - they are the people who make this brand.
Where you live and how you live intersect every single day. That belief became the foundation of CPK.
I began thinking about what "C.P.K." could truly represent and knew our core would be built on Care, Presence, and Knowledge. While those values guide everything we do, the heart of the brand remains the same: my dad's lasting presence and all the experiences that led me here - a quiet reminder to stay present and move through life with intention.
